pede issue sira ram,sira yun port ng ram try no isalpak yun 4gb ram dun sa pinaglalagya ng 2gb kung gagana...possible din compatibility ram

DDR3 1600MHz is most likely compatible as Carlowski said, bottle neck will occur in performance, since you've tested and having problem with your 4gb, this could be your main problem
