Goys anyone here na may idea or alam about sa law on Consumer Act Law.

The story is I bought a cellphone and preorder the phone na may freebies na gadgets rin. Sa form na nailagay ko is Dec. 15 ko sana kukunin pero napaaga ko nakuha Dec 6. Ff nakuha ko na yung unit kaso yung freebie na kasama sana sa unit is wala pa until now. Ang reason lang ng store sa akin is hindi daw sila nadatnan or nadelivery ng freebies and out of allocation na daw. Gusto ko sana mag sampa ng legal case pero di ko alam anung law ang esasampa. Ayoko muna pumunta ng Attorney gusto ko muna sana maghingi ng online advice before ako gagastos sa isang attorney. Sana meron dito na may alam about my situation.

Pero meron po bang related law on this kind of situation po? If sa dti po ako pupunta ano po magiging posible action nila sa store na binilhan.

Not sure kung meron pero sa ganyang kaliit na scenario? Mukhang mas mapapagastos ka pa sa hearings at attorney fees (libre sa PAO, yes, pero....), plus ung time and effort mo dahil sa bagal ng justice system dito sa Pinas, kesa sa halaga ng freebie na hindi mo nakuha.

Noted ts the freebie is only worth 9k maybe limotin ko nalang ata to kesa gagastos pa ng malaki. Kaya ayoko muna magpa legal advice sa isang attorney kasi baka gagastos lang tas yung magiging outcome is ako pa dehado. Thank you ts merry christmas

Problema ko po dito is wala rin po kasi sa contract or preorder form nakasulat yung freebie. Only the unit lang po

Pero pag ginastosan ko to malaki ba chance manalo? May mga conversation rin naman kasi kami pero yun nga lang walang date na binibigay sakin pag nanghihingi ako ng update kung maibibigay ba nila. Nung nakaraan pumunta ulit ako pero sabi nila wala daw talaga. Hays kaka umay mga ganitong store.
