I tried was able to generate superadmin from your website but i can login with the generated username and password.

Or is there anyway to downgrade firmware to 1.x.x?

you can get the super admin password and root password by following the instruction stated. try if you can downgrade that version. thanks for your comment

same tayo ganto ang 2.6.6 di ko din ma downgrade. Di ko ma unlock tuloy ang superuser... sinunod ko na lahat lahat ng tutorial dito sa phcorner at youtube kaso di gumagana
