well 2400s is 4 core 4 threads pero S yung sku nya so power cutted model sya na max boost is about 2.5ghz

so yes makakapag install and tatakbo ng ok not the best pero ok
pede gamitin
pero yan if yung photoshop is 2019 or higher
if cs4 cs5 or lower then smooth yan sya well unless 4k+ picture editing mo since gpu + cpu na hahampasin nun
