Boss, di ako naka VPN or Proxy eh. Saka naka PH IP naman kame dito. Di ko lang alam bakit hinaharang ng Forti dito samen. Open ko nalang siguro yung billing sa isang network connection namin.

    Due to a significant price increase from cPanel, we have made the difficult decision to transition all clients using cPanel to DirectAdmin. We have consistently faced rising costs from cPanel since the introduction of our packages, and despite our efforts to maintain the lowest profit margins to stay competitive, we find ourselves in a position where adaptation is essential for our survival. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, if you choose to remain with us, you will receive a complimentary one-month extension on your affected subscription.
  2. Automated Migration
    The migration process to DirectAdmin will be automated; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be entirely error-free. We strongly recommend that you create your own backups before the migration takes place. To ease this transition, our cPanel server will remain accessible for at least one week after the migration, allowing you time to access and move your files to the new server. If you encounter any difficulties during this process, please open a support ticket, and our team will assist you.
  3. Timeline for Migration
    While we do not have specific dates for the migration at this moment, we anticipate that it will occur within this month. Rest assured, we will notify you via email at least one week in advance with detailed information about the migration process.
  4. Changes to cPanel Orders
    Effective immediately, we will no longer accept new orders for cPanel packages. Additionally, any unpaid invoices related to these packages have been cancelled.
We appreciate your understanding and support during this transition. Our goal is to continue providing you with high-quality services while adapting to industry changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

Unfortunately, di to natuloy last month dahil sa medyo tight na schedule at baka di ko ma-handle ang sudden increase ng tickets post-migration.
