nag try ako ng OMAD diet(One meal a day) for 5 days...

bali ito ang ginagawa ko:

1cup rice maximum sa tanghali
tapos ulam na hindi masyado matamis or yung ulam na mga may halo na asukal
tapos pala iwas sa mga bread, palaman etc
pakatapos kumain wait 23 hours bago kumain ulit..

ito ahh walang halong hype to ito nabawas sa akin for 5 days

from 76.1 kilo
to 72.1 kilo

akalain mo 5 days 4 kilos sya...pero disclamer lang kung di kaya pwede rin dumaya kumain ka ng low calories gaya ng mga prutas etc..

matanong ko lang gusto ko samahan ng vit c pakatapos ko kumain kaso takot ako na baka makadagdag ng timbang?
 
magtake ka ng multivitamins. Nakaka cause ng nutrition deficiency ang fasting
