Ok p yan chainring mo TS. pro s future habang lumalakas k n s pagpadyak mararamdaman mo n mdyo kulang n ung 48 s pagpadyak mo. s ngyon mararamdaman mo lng nmn ung mdyo kulang s chainring e kapag palusong ang kalsada at umaabot n s 40km/h ang speed mo.

Currently using 53/39
Nakaka takbo ako ng 40 sa patag kaso sobrang bigat na
 
you don't need that numbers kung leisure lang naman ang hanap mo sa pagbabike. pero kung you are into organized racing events, you can ramp up your chainring for training.
 
Goods na yan Lods until 50t lang kasi kapag sobra na sa 50 masakit na at hindi na masaya gamitin.

Okay na boss need rin kase ng high intensity training ee para mas ma burn ung fats sa katawan tsaka minsan na tutok din ako
