Goodmorning po sa inyo. Tanong ko lang po bakit hindi na maaccess ung secret question sa yahoomail? Lagi nalang yong mobile number yong hinihingi. Alam ko po yong number pero nawala napo yong sim card. Matutulungan nyo po ba ako salamat po.

Nakow, dapat alam mo yung alternate email address na nilagay mo jan nung nag-sign up ka. Mahirap nang i-retrieve yan kapag wala na yung number na nilagay mo kasi hihingin at hihingin yan ni yahoo everytime na i-aaccess mo yang email to avoid unauthorize access.

Also, I think this is what happened, you might have signed up using a cp so automatically the way of confirming it is by cp #, unlike signing up online, the email and its security questions will be asked as a way of retrieval once a problem occurs.
If you have assigned a certain email address as Primary Email on the day the day you signed up, the system would not resort to asking the cp # only.

Yong email po ay sa pc ko nag sign up. Nalala ko lang po siya kaya naisipan kong i retrieve.

Yan ang problema mo sir. Kasi kaya nagrerequire yan si yahoo ng alternate email at phone number para dun mo ireretrieve yung email mo in case na ma-häçk or makalimutan ang password.
