for hairline scratches po di kalaliman, kaya ba ng 3000 grit wet sanding then polish?

ano po ang tamang process?
halos lahat ng pino kasi ng car meron na...planning to do DIY, at wala pa budget pa hilamos
or any shop po na may alam kayo na nag diamond cut polish?
