Year lang ako sa bpo before ako nag change LOB, anyways adivce ko lang is chill lang if may irrate cx dapat di mataranta pag nataranta kasi di na alam ang gagawin, tapos mag stutter yung bosses which will cause for an even more irrate customer, goodluck bayaning puyat mwa.
