❓ Help data usage - Smart, Xperia V

Hello,

New member here.. Pasensya na po kung naitanong na ito before, la akong makita na similar post eh..

Smart Buddy prepaid customer po ako, at nagkaka-problem sa "missing load" ng Smart. I guess, this is nothing new? Pero, kasi.. they contend na the missing load was due to mobile data usage daw.. I'm using Sony Xperia V, and I'm sure na naka-disable yung mobile data.

Baka po, na-encounter nyo na yung ganitong problem with Smart, or may idea po sa technical aspects ng Xperia V na possible nga magka-incur ng data kahit naka-disable?

Please advise po.
