🔒 Closed help malware infected device

my android ph0ne was infected with malware or virus, may hand icon logo which install applications everytime i open my wifi, and freezes and automatic reboots my phone.. any one knows how to fix it? thanks

try to install anti-virus pag same pa rin hard format at pag ayaw pa rin flash ka ulit firmware.. may mga viruses na di matatanggal sa hard format kaya need flashing.. at pag na resolved ang problem mo e root mo ang phone mo at mag install ka ng AdAway.. halos karamihan ng virus ay galing sa mga ads na di natin maiiwasan na mag click

di na talaga ma tanggal khit hard reset sya.. how to i flash firmware sir?

yup tama di yan nakukuha sa reformat. dami case ng android phone na ganyan na kapag nag open ka ng wifi.automatic nag-iintall at nagdodownload nga mga app tapos umiinit na.. flash mu lang.. or try to root via kingroot, sa kinguser dun mu i-delete yung mga app na ayaw madelete sa applications manager like time service etc.

na try q kingroot boos, kaso need ng kingroot ng net para ma root sya, problem is d pa natapos pg roroot nag freeze na and reboot sya automatic..
