Hi po sa lahat.
Ahm newbie here, just want to ask lang po if ano po yung 'Capping' mejo nalilito lang ako hehe and pano po malalaman if mabilis po ba yung speed ng handler o vpn?
And ano po ang best na handler,vpn,injector ang magandang gamitin? TM user po ako and zamboanga city yung location ko po.

yung nag throthrotled ang internet speed ng vpn. yung biglang nagiging 20-30 kbps ang speed.
