Hello, so yon skinny po ako and manghihingi lang po ako ng tips pano magpataba yung budget friendly lang po sana kase college student palang ako and limited palang yung pera na nahahawakan ko.
penge rin po ng suggestion sa mga foods/drinks na dapat i-intake yung mga matataas yung mga calories preferably yung pwede pang almusal like yung alternative na homemade shake na nakikita ko sa yt na may oats, banana, milk, peanut butter and protein powder pa minsan. Thank you po sa mga sasagot.

PS: tinuloy ko yung pag-woworkout ngayong month but mostly calisthenics lang, nag start ako early August.
 
Sakin pang umagahan ko, century tuna with boiled egg(2)at 1/2cup of rice tas dalawang saging (ps: hindi maganda kung araw arawin, mas maganda mag try pa ng iba)
 
kain ka lang lods ng carbs rich food. like kanin damihan mo ng kanin. tapos protien rich like manok isda baboy. basta kain lang ng kain. kung magygym ka damihan mo protein. Calorie in > calorie consumed.
 
mag puyat ka ,nood ka korn, kaen ka madami mga limang mangkok 3 times 1 day ewan ko lang kung hindi ka tataba
 
college ka pa lang naman.wag ka magalala pag graduate mo tapos mastress ka sa buhay sure tataba ka nyan.
bukod sa high protein diet mag heavy lifting ka din pampabulk.
