mamenPH2 Sir our VPN is an Apk File. You need to open your downloaded file on your Android units, not on your computer. That prompt you see is windows telling you, you don't have the capacity to open such file on pc.
For datafilehost : Click on the Download button to the left with details of the file above it.
Sometimes the uploading site offers you other things to click, files in exe is one of them, just uncheck "Download with Secured Download manager"
For QFS Mobi : Just hit the red button.

Please locate your downloaded apk file on your File Manager or folders. Then install.
Also, if it does not install after doing so, you may have another modded app on your cp that is not Psiphon.
I would recommend that you uninstall that file before proceeding.

In this thread we all try to beat network issues until we can all say for sure that a sim network will not work for us.
On the first page there is a list of Proxy Servers and Real Proxy Servers. Mix match them until you get a good connection. There will be a right combination for your location.Patience is required.Goodluck.

Welcome to PHC sir.
You can do this.
1.Go to Settings and choose Apps.
2.Locate QueenCee VPN. Hit Clear Data.
3.Relaunch QueenCee VPN and input the correct Handler Settings for the sim in use.Hit Save
4.Turn Data Connection On
5.As soon as clicking save, a choice between Browser Only and Tunnel Whole Device will appear. Please click Tunnel Whole Device.

sows The trick is to change the first proxy/free site that you see on the set and then copy the rest from the recent set. Mix matching will help, your source will be the list on Page 1. Boost is adjustable too.thanksssss!!
