allen-gabrielobciana_25 There is no guarantee as for being capped is concerned because there are many factors to consider but you can do something about it.
On the first page there is a list of Proxy Servers and Real Proxy Servers. Mix match them until you get a good connection. There will be a right combination for your location.Patience is required.Goodluck.

Ate queencee nagcacap parin sya.. pahelp naman po pinagcombine combine ko na po ung proxy servers pero capping pa rin sya.. Quezon province po area ko..

You may ask for my settings and it will work but sometimes other users settings will not apply to your location. You will do it on your end.
Location is an issue but you can do something about it. On the first page there is a list of Proxy Servers and Real Proxy Servers. Mix match them until you get a good connection for your location.
Patience is required. Goodluck
