Pa help po gusto ko pong umayos katawan ko medyo may kapayatan po ako, gusto ko lang po magkaron ng laman at mag build ng muscle ket yung katamtaman lang po para po magmukhang maayos at maiwasan po ang ma bully. Salamat po 🥺
 
"Serious Mass" is the key ts. Kaso mejo may kamahalan nga lang ata 6lbs masa 2k pesos pero sureball na tataba ka jan tapos sabayan mo mag gym.
