🔒 Closed problem with my phone/sim card/network

guys i need help, i have ALCATEL C9 7047D, whith s5 rom and i have not signal.. i get to stock same think.. i try many sims same think.. the problem starts when i flash a rom after brick.. so, what i can do to fix this? i try to install stock from mobile upgrade s program by alcatel by i recieve this message read terminal information failed. please check the phone status.. plzz this program is the only solution for my problem.. tell me if you know how to fix this

Dawnload camelephon sa play store tested ko yan at mtk chipset lang handle nyan.
