🔒 Closed Permits for private PtP link

Hello, plano ko na gumawa ng PtP link between two properties that our family owns. One is our residence, the other is a remote place of business (agriculture related). The business area is not serviced by a telco, very weak 4G/5G, so I thought of putting up a PtP link. I'm a software engineer by trade, so I can do the technical stuff as well as have the financial means to build a simple tower and buy equipment on my own, etc.

I'm planning to use off-the-shelf Ubiquiti 5GHz equipment. Currently, this is for private use for the agriculture business (though might change in the future, especially with the lack of major telco in the area).

The area that I have no idea with are the permits necessary. I assume I need one for building out the towers (around 20 meters) and maybe operating the radio (though from what I understand 5GHz is unlicensed)? Anyone who underwent this process before?

imho, wala naman necessary license o permit sa ubuquiti 5 ghz devices except kung mag construct ka ng tower na may involve na paghuhukay ay kailangan ng excavation at building permit sa baranggay pero kung ima-mount mo lang sa bubong ng bahay ay no need na since nasa private property ka
