need mo sa pc gawin to by pass,
install mo MiAccountUnlock Tool sa pc .

or if wala ka pc you can write a letter to the support service Xiaomi.global@xiaomi.com in English. You will be asked to submit the following details:

• Check, box (photo)
• IMEI of two sim cards (photo)
• Phone Lock Screen Capture
• email and/or phone number added to Mi account
