I blame the deficiency of our language for this. If I am not mistaken, wala kasing terminology para sa pag-gain ng muscle mass. Kanya pag payat ka formerly, "pagpapataba" yung idea na laging hinahanap. In reality, better ang may healthy muscle mass kumpara sa mataba lang, in terms of fitness. Ngayo't naging "mataba" na, nagsisisi at gusto naman pumayat.
