•Narcissism is a self-centered personality. It is one of several types of personality disorders.

•It is a mental disorder in which persons have an exaggerated sense of self.

•They have a strong desire for complete attention and adoration, which frequently results in strained relationships.

•Narcissism exists in different forms in different individuals. In some cases narcissists do not care about their partner, their emotions and even their existence while there is another category of narcissists who are quite possessive about their beloved.

•Narcissists are insecure about their relationship and try to make them envious by talking with the opposing séx. Their goal in making you envious is to manipulate your emotions. They are always looking to be the center of attention and the major focus of your attention.

•A study revealed that the more a person is narcissistic, the more likely he or she will attempt to make their partner feel jealous.

•Narcissistic people have very insecure and empty lives and they want others to think their life is full of colors. So their purpose behind making other people feel jealous is to satiate their need to look satisfied and get the attention of their partner as much as they can.

•Narcissists are self-obsessed creatures. So, their life revolves around themselves. Although there are different types of narcissists, they share certain common traits, such as a lack of empathy and being admired by others.

•Being around a narcissist drains energy. You may not be aware of what you have done wrong to them, but you will be mortally wounded, and all a narcissist will do is harm you more.

•If you want to know more about how a narcissist can affect your life and narcissistic behaviour, you can read a famous publication “without prejudice,” where you will get insights about narcissism by reading the life journey of Trish.

We are all have narcisistic nature. When we seek approval from others, it's our narcisistic nature told us so. When we anticipated the likes and reactions to new selfie we uploaded on our social media accounts, it's our narcisistic nature operated us. We can think narcisism as a sprectrum. There are harmless narcisist and the destructive narcisist a.k.a. "the deep-narcisism"

Narcisism is essential for oneself because it makes a person validate his or her self-worth but too much of it is dangerous. The best way to deal with narcisist is to agree of what he or she thinks of his or herself. Any unfavor comments or remarks towards that person, even if it is unintentional, will drive him or her nuts especially those who have higher position. They have fragile egos and they think that the world revolves around them and they think that everyone fancy them or to their work or to their ideas.
