Last renewal I did a day before it expire and was OK. Now I received a message "sorry, your transaction cannnot processed RC: 1422". Three day ago I received an email advising me to fully verify my Gcash or else my Gigalife account will be deactivated. My Gcash was fully verified and why it has to do with Gigalife.??????????
