🔒 Closed DNS not changing on PLDT Home Fiber

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for assistance po sana related din sa problem na nakita ko sa rrrdddt. :'( I already signed a waiver to assume liability sa modem ko in order to gain full administrative access sa admin panel ng modem ko FIBERHOME.

My intention of wanting to have a full admin access sa modem ko po is to change the DNS sa modem. Since I am currently experiencing lags and frequent timeouts on META APPS (Facebook, Insta, Whatsapp, Messenger, etc) during peak hours.

Is there someone out there who can help us? :'( I tried mine but it didn't work. Ang na-dedetect parin ay yung DNS ng smart :'(
