to put in in analogy:
Let's say a farm owner has found and legitimized ownership of a big chunk of golden treasure in his farm (SM, FP, EV).

APKs are basically maps leading to the treasure.

Sniffing, and distributing via controlled M3Us however are somewhat like a tunnel to the chuck of rock. We chip away from the gold underneath and hand it out to the people without the owner finding out.
