wala ba yang TESDA? o certificate pagawa? gusto ko kasi kunin na mga black spotted palawan cobra dito, andami na nila.
di ko po alam kung pwede mag-alaga cobra. ang alam ko po bawal kung kinuha sya sa wild. ang pwede po alagaan na exotic pets dapat galing po captivity(captive bred). Yung nabibili po sa legal breeder(may DENR Certificate of Wildlife Registration"CWR" or Wildlife Farm Permitee(WFP). Kapag sa legal po bumili sure na may papers at kahit di ka BS Bio. Pwede rin po ata magrehabilitate kung Zoo owner ka.
