Sakin, eat early mga 6:00-7:00pm then aantukin ka na nyan, ofcourse dun ka pumwesto sa comfortable na lugar. if trip maligo, tambay ka sa bathtub HAHAHA.
 
Wag gumamit ng phone before you sleep. Dapat din na dark ang room para magproduce ng sleep hormone (melatonin) ang ang brain mo. Ang hormone na yun ang nagsisignal sa katawan/brain mo na it's night time and oras na matulog.
