Kung gusto mo na mabilis mapawisan at mapagod, jogging ka at bagay yan sa mga sobrang matataba. Kung masyado lang at gusto mo mahahabang distansya na abutin na hindi basta-basta napapagod, walking ka. May research din na mas mainam yung walking, mas maraming makukuhang benefits.
 
kung matagal na nakatambay sa bahay ay wag mo biglain ang katawan mo, mag start ka ng brisk walking...syempre maganda sa park o gilid ng dagat at iwasan mo yun lugar na may usok ng sasakyan
 
Kung gusto mo na magburn ng calories and lose weight fast, mas mabuti ang jogging/running. If may healthy weight ka na naman, ok na yung brisk walking to maintain that.
