Use any Stalker / STB Mac Portal compatible app like OTT Navigator, IPTV Stalker Player, iMPlayer IPTV Player, etc for android. For Windows PC Desktop, use SFVIP Player or Stalker Portal Player. No need of VPN.
**Note:
remove /c/ for Windows PC Stalker compatible player
