Same tayu boss. Insomia? Or anxiety? O baka naman sira na body clock nyo? Pag inaantok na kayu or mismo nag '🥱🥱🥱' na kayu pikit na at irelax nyo katawan nyo. Simula ginawa ko yan every 9-10 pm tulog na ako tsaka sinanay ko na sarili ko na makatulog sa ganyang oras eh.
