wag kalimutan ang sodium sa water fasting hahaha baka mawalan ka elecrolytes medyo mapagod ka parang mahihilo kaya asin asin din
 
Ganon talaga sa umpisa kapag nagfafasting medyo mahihilo hilo at iritable, nagaadjust kase yung katawan pero kapag mga tatlong araw na onwards, masasanay din yung katawan mo.
Payo ko lang, kapag kakain ka na, wag bibiglain hehe
 
Mahirap ata yan lods 😅, if gusto mo try mo mag intermittent fasting muna (if di mo pa natatry) ang hirap pag bigla bigla kang di kakain ng solids.
