Hi kuya, use kapo RDL #3 yung maliit lang na bottle muna, 3 days mo lang siya gamitin, tapos switch ka kaagad to #1 na bottle maintain mo na po yun. Tiis gwapo talaga kuya . Then drink ka din maraming water for healtheir skin and body para naman makita yung mga pandesal sa stomach mo po.

Hello for acne prone and dry skin i suggest the Belo spf 50 or the belo tinted sunscreen. For my skin gamit ko currently is yung Belo spf40 sunscreen, legit review sobrang ganda makikita mo agad yung pinag bago sa texture ng mukha at sa feels after few days.

Mabibili mo sya sa Watsons or sa Shopee search mo lang "Watson Philippines" tas dun ka bumili para authentic.
Around 250-300 prices nila. Must buy talaga

Research is the key parin po kuya . Always remember sa larangan ng pagpapagwapo/pagpapagwapo may mga product na hiyangan lang po talaga, it does not mean na kung hiyang sakin ay hihiyang din po sa inyo, just like vaccines . Keep safe po, stay pogi ng phc always.

Try to look for Japanese or european brands of sunscreen Kasi sobrang strict ng testing and regulations nila which means trusted ang kanilang sun protection.

And make sure to double cleanse or oil cleanse para siguradong matangal talaga yung sunscreen.

Also don't forget to use the 2 finger rule when applying.sunscreen! Wag mo tipirin. Use this method para ma maximize mo yung sunscreen at mas makuha mo yung benefits nito. And if you will use belo suncreen i suggest to buy the Spf50 then pag naubos switch ka sa tinted belo sunscreen. Yun lang
