i know how to check block host on ips ? My SIM has no money, no data. I saw the group looking at the ping but I do not understand it.

You can use your Mobile or PC for this task. If your are using Phone you can use some several apps to collect bug hosts .

To collect Network Packets - PCAPdroid App
To test Hosts - Http Injector App (if you can buy pro version ,it's better. it's LKR.880 last year)

If your using pc , you can use wire-shark to collect Network Packets, but you need emulator to run Http injector App .( because normal ping will not work without proper internet connection )
