Kung kaya mong makita yung future, its a good advice but alas we can't... Everything can happen in 5 years maybe it matters, or maybe not. Pero pa bm na din hehe
its not what it implies ,when you look it into deeper perspective then you'll fully understand.More like shifting your focus from negative to positive.

Yes mam. Kaso depende pa din sa situation siguro.. yata... ewan.. haha! Pero nakakatulong naman din kahit papaano..❤️
I'll discuss further and give some scenarios on how it really affects our daily life.

Joke lang yung aruga baka ma-misinterpret pa kaya hindi ko na tinuloy. Bandang lampas alas-otso pa kasi bago maghapunan tuwing gabi. hahaha

When someone is mean and makes an offhanded joke around you,and of urge there is a bigger possibility for you to have an urge to respond to that certain joke which is mag tritrigger ng conflict.Pero if sa tingin mo maliit na bagay lang yan at di naman nakakaapekto 5 years from now sayo then better not to waste time on it.
Only the excption to this is when you encounters some serious cases of harasshments or worse bullying of course you know it will ruin you and there big chance it would affect your life then.The aim of that rule is to focus on whats really worth worrying and whats isnt,Nakakatulong yan especially when you encounter yoo much anxiety in thinking of things you need to accomplish ,thinking some long term goals which you need to work out.It works more on intentional living.
Pwedi din e apply today sa recent political scenarios likewise,wasting our time debating on such issues , getting angry to that people that opposes you,it will surely ruin your day instead.Stop giving negativity any power ,in practicing this rule you will learn to focus a situtaion in a pragmatic way rather than just being stuck and depressed.

Wait, so it means you don't have to be upset at something that doesn't even matter?
yes,why waste time to things if it wont affect you in the long run.
Kapag ba may biglang naninira sayo ,kahit wala namang katotohanan ,papatulan mo ba? kung papatulan mo mas lalaki lang ang gulo at masasayang lang oras mo
may possibility minsan mas mapapahamak kapa,when in fact unting issue lang at di naman makakaapekto 5 years from now sa image mo.then better rethink for 5 minutes and just let it go,You dont need to stoop up to his level just make things worst.
