PLDT-provided Routers are really faulty since they are cheap modem-routers. Try to turn off the WiFi Radio on the admin dashboard and restart it again. If you have some budget to buy a third-party router, try buying routers with MU-MIMO Capability (e.g. ASUS Routers)
