🔒 Closed B310 938 Connected on wifi but shows "Cannot provide internet"

Hi Everyone,

Just wanna ask how to resole this issue. My phones can see SSID and connect to the B310 938 modem but it shows cannot provide internet.

Already tried resetting, already checked and tried different bands, changed the APN.

Still cannot provide internet. But when I use the sim on my mobile, it can connect to mobile data.

Please help.

Same. Nagloloko b310 938 ko since kahapon.

try change imei. yan lang ginawa ko. but back up muna sa original imei
