hello po, ask ko lang po paano mag file ng formal complaint sa NTC. Kasi 3 months na wala internet at sira yung cable dahil sa bagyo. Unrepairable daw sabi ng technician. Thanks

3 months? sa supertyphoon Odette pa to? sana ma solusyunan na yan.

at since yung technician na mismo may sabi na hindi na unrepairable. try mo pumunta sa branch mismo. anong ISP ba to ts?

Globe po. Sabi ng mga nag mamarket na agent sa facebook apply a new account nalang daw d daw nila priority kapag ganitong issue. Like wtf
