Need Help po.

I have a with a mxq-rk3229-v73 board. I tried to change the ROM and was able to install a HK branded firmware with android 8.1. The WiFi is not working and I can no longer use the batch tool or factory tool since the reset button no longer work. The firmware that came with it was showing as Android 11 but was really android 7 and was very slow. Does anyone have a compatible firmware and a way to install it with out PC access? I tried android recovery but I can't find an update file that is compatible.
