Blink your eyes rapidly lang for 30 seconds sa akin. O di kaya hot *bath (basta mainit lang yung tubig). At last resort, alam mo na yan haha, oo epektib naman dahil nanghihina ka nito.

ganito ginagawa ko madalas yung blink type haha o try mo ts mag play sa youtube ng rain relaxing sounds
 
inom ka ng gatas pre saka wag ka masyado malikot pag nakahiga na. ano ba pinagkakaabalahan mo pag umaga? ganyan din kasi nangyayari sakin minsan pag ilang araw ako nasa bahay lang wala ginagawa at di lumalabas. need mo proper exercise saka any form of activity
