Tungkol sa phone ko HTC D820p nagka error kasi siya No command and nakalagay. Ano kaya ang pwedeng gawin? Na Factory Reset ko na, na wipeout ko nadin ung cache pero same padin. Pls patulong naman sa nakakaalam kung ano ang problema nitong phone ko. Maraming salamat sa tutugon..

Try entering safe mode. It will start with only pre installed apps so if it works its something you've installed recently causing the error.
Pull the battery, wait a minute and put it back in. Turn the phone on , when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold volume down button. Keep pressing it until it reaches the home screen.

hahaha tinawagan ko po kasi yung costumer service nila. May ginawa sila sa phone kahit andito sa akin. Namatay lang ang phone tapos tumawag sila sa akin sabi okay na daw pwede ko ng e on. At yun nga okay na siya. Iwan kung paano nila un ginawa. Hiningi lang nila ang IMEI ng phone sa akin.
