PHHello admin and members. My zync dual 7 plus tablet it won't boot anymore when i restart the device it will hang on logo image and doesn't go through the desktop screen. My newphew upgrade the unit and suddenly the unit went off and it all started there. I'm just wondering if anyone can help me or give me a system recovery file or the exact firmware. I tried downloading on google and went through some sites the firmware being uploaded is not compatible...pls help me guys thank you...
