🍔 Food · Travel Natural ba to pag nag workout?

so diet plus workout ako ngayon tapos nasa one month challenge sa tulong ng app na workout application....tapos pag ka 3 days ko parang masakit sa upper part ng tyan pag nag sit up hahaha...btw pala dimuna ako nag rice tapos ulam lang tapos low carb at low claories diet heheh
