If only, there's a time machine,
Then I would love to demand it as my birthday present,
Use it right-away to see how it feels like
To be a time traveller in the past.
Traversing the road to past,
Like perambulating a precipitous road,
With too many diversions,
Each diversion represents life's choices.
Decisions that have been made,
Some leads to the right way,
Others was mistakenly taken,
That even leads to skyscraper to fall in an abrupt downfall.
Oh! well we're just humans,
Uncontrollably and unintentionally,
We commit mistakes,
Besides we have our own flaws and imperfections.
We’ve been with too many ups and downs,
Failures, adversities, success, crossroads,
Learned new things, met new friends, colleagues,
Wandered from one place to another and a lot more.
What matters the most,
We were able to deal with all of this life's scenarios,
Taught us to free ourselves from any mental tortures,
That keeps on tormenting us when situation is getting tougher.
Our life is not impeccably orchestrated,
It’s a perfectly imperfect,
Journey as delineated,
But it gave us life-changing lessons.
Now were about to turn another page of our life,
Another page to fill in with great stories,
Another page to create memories,
Another page to capture picturesque moments.
Our life is a tome we must spend each day,
With meaningful haps,
Don't waste every single moment of it,
Just enjoy while it last.
So grateful were still given a chance of existence,
Coz’ not everyone is blessed,
Enough with life continuity,
Whose life we are not in control of it either.
