It may be vitamin D deficiency. Nag-usap kami ng sister ko na nurse na may food allergy at may GERD din. Then kwinento ko sa kanya na kapag nagbabike ako na babad sa araw eh di sinusumpong gerd ko. So nagresearch kaming dalawa then nalaman ko na 30mins under the sun eh makakakuha na ng 10,000-20,000IU of vitamin D, eh 2-3hrs ako nasa labas nagbabike.

Siya daw magtetake ng 2000IU Vitamin D3 supplement then update niya ako sa result. Sinubukan ko na din kasi ang D3 supplement but it gave me the worst constipation in my life. Kaya mas prefer ko ang sun.

Mukhang at least 2000iu of vitamin d3 nga ang minimum para magkaroon ng improvement
 
Ako may gerd din ako dati pero ang ginagawa ko lang ay painit sa araw mga 15minutes tapos exercise tapos tamang kain na sa oras dati kasi tanghalian ko alas 3 ng hapon pero nung naayus na yung kain ko medjo nawala na yung gerd
