Unang una need mo jan disiplina sa sarili kasi kung wala ka disiplina sa sarili malabo mangyari yan...sabayan mo ng tiis sanayin mo sarili mo na kumaen ng pa unti unti kunyari apple lang or nilagang itlog sa gabi hanggang masanay bituka mo na ganun lang kinakaen mo kada gabi tapos inext mo naman sa tanghali bawasan mo mga carbo na pagkaen
 
natawa ako dito haha, palit kayo ng problema haha

4. maximum of 6 hours sleep only
 
intermittent fasting tas low carb high fat diet
kaen ka ng cruciferous vegetble like kale broccoli cabbage
lean protein like chicken ****** and eggs tas sa fatty fish naman salmon o kaya sardines
tapos snacks on nuts
physical activity ex kung may pupuntahan ka na di naman ganun ka layuan maglakad ka nalang para exercise na tipid pa
tas apple cider vinegar dlute mo sa water
mct oil
