COMMAND:
wm size
wm size (new resolution)
wm size reset

1) Download ADB App Control
2) Extract using Winrar or 7zip

3) Run ADBAppControl
4) Connect Android phone. Make sure USB debugging is turned on in Developer Options
5) Allow PC debugging access
6) Allow installation of AC Bridge
7) Click Console and then Shell
8) Type "wm size"
9) Open screen resolution calculator website to see the available lower resolution

10) Go back to shell and type "wm size (new screen resolution)"

- this method might cause some mis-aligned touch
- camera notch might get misplaced
- could conflict with on-sceen button
- do not increase screen resolution as this might cause overheating, excessive battery drain, bootloop.
- you can only lower screen resolution as I have recommended in the video
