C# din gamit namin, mas ok pag wag ka mag focus dyan sa winforms , try mo mag uwp kase mas ma customize mo sya kesa sa winforms at responsive .

Then xamarin.forms for mobile developing

Winforms are still relevant and it depends on your clients but nowadays majority of devs are on web and mobile. Learn C# not only for winform but also for ASP.net core foe web and xamarin for mobiles.

Question lang po ulit, saan po magandang mag simula at magreference sa pagsisimula sa UWP? may konting background naman po ako sa xaml, pero yung sa basics lang.

Nakakatamad lang kase sa winform kase need mo pa e set ang anchor para maging resposive yung design kapag nag resize ka ng form , pero gigamait ko parin naman dpende sa client if ano yung kailangan nila
