-Deauthentication attack is an attack where you kick off all the wireless connected clients to the router,this method is purely îllégâl if you ever targetted a large copany,this can cost a huge delay to their network connectivity such as wireless cctv,staff computers,online orders,online transactions,Public wifi,ETC.

There is no way you can avoid this attack unless you are using a wired connection or Lan network (Local area network)...the only way is capture the attack by sniffing the packets being sent to router using network traffic sniffer such as wireshark.
Remember this is purely îllégâl and do not attack anyone without permission.
