Mga boss paano ma access ang get away ip ng modem without connecting sa wifi . May way poba maka access sa admin ng wifi kahit dila connected?

You can actually, but only if you're not under CGNAT, which means you should have a public IP address.
Pero lahat ng ISP ay nag-iimplement na ng CGNAT, so there's no way to access your modem/router externally.

If you have a public IP address (and not CGNAT), then you can access your modem/router externally (on the Internet) using your public IP address. (e.g. 49.xxx.xxx.xxx), of course with a little tinkering with DMZ and port forwarding feature of your modem/router.
