I really need help, I know this is a bit weird, but last week I've registered my wifi to homesurf199 and 4 days later the remaining data was 2gb I think, then I registered it to a brand new promo which is homeshare199 and then when I checked my data balance earlier this morning, it said it was 20+GB. Then around 1:00PM my homesurf199 expired and all my data balance with my homeshare199 were gone too. My homeshare199 was supposed to expire next week, but it was gone. Is this a bug?

Ako ulit to, di ko po ma intindihan kung ano ang hunt na sinasabi niyo sorry po newbie pa ako diyan. At saka nag pa unli ako ulit kahapon ng homeshare199 pero hindi lumabas yung data na 20gb at yung freebie lang yung makikita ko

Wala po akong ginawa, nag pa unli lang po ako ng promo pero kinain lang yung load ko at di na lumabas yung promo
